The Town of Summerville has passed an ordinance requiring the public to wear face coverings effective July 1st until further notice
In accordance with this ordinance, we are requiring all patients to wear coverings while seated in our lobby. Admin staff will remain behind closed glass while communicating with all patients. Thank you for your continued understanding and stay safe! We have begun transitioning back to our in person sessions with our therapists. Currently Madison Farrell and Brian Musolf are the only therapists offering telehealth services on a case by case basis.
Anna Polk and Jerry Martin will be returning to exclusively in person sessions. If you have any questions or are unsure if your appointment is included in this, please call our admin staff and they would be happy to look into that for you. We are continuing to take precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. If you have any concerns, please give us a call and our admin staff can answer any questions. Starting Monday (03/23/20) We will be offering a telehealth option for some of our therapists. This option applies to scheduled appointments only.
We will continue to offer in person session at our office if you feel more comfortable coming in. Currently only the following providers are offering telehealth services: Madison Farrell, PhD, LPC Brian Musolf, LPC Please be aware that in order to have a telehealth session with your provider, you must currently be in South Carolina. Most insurance companies require both audio and visual connection during telehealth and our admin staff will confirm this prior to your appointment. Please be aware this option is ONLY for appointments that have been scheduled and providers will not be able to take emergency or unscheduled appointments. If you are interested in having a telehealth session during your scheduled appointment, please contact the office prior to your appointment and our staff will be happy to explain the process. The program we are using is HIPAA compliant and secure for both the provider and patient. Our office staff will be updating this post as we monitor the situation and keep in contact with our providers.
As of Friday, 03/13/2020: We will continue to stay open for all scheduled appointments, however, the safety of our staff and patients is our first priority. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to someone who is experiencing symptoms, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If your appointment is with Dr. Crocker or Dr. Jones, please leave a voicemail or contact our office Monday- Friday during business hours. If your appointment is with Anna Polk, Madison Farrell, Jerry Martin, or Brian Musolf, you can cancel via the patient portal or leave a voicemail for your therapist. This schedule is subject to change as we monitor the CDC and news for updates. Please call our office staff for any further questions and we will be happy to give you any updates or information that we have. |
