Services Offered

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy (often referred to as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or individual counseling) supports the patient in making changes and improving their quality of life. In individual therapy, a patient speaks with a therapist one-on-one. This form of therapy helps people identify triggers, build on their strengths, and develop appropriate coping mechanisms. Individual therapy is designed to help those who have issues that are hard to face and manage alone.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy (often referred to as marriage or couples counseling) offers an opportunity for couples to improve their relationship through communication, problem solving, and by addressing relationship issues in an appropriate, healthy way.

Clinical Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a state of consciousness involving focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness characterized by an enhanced capacity for response to suggestion. Since subconscious programming plays a large part in our lives, this shift in consciousness enables us to tap into many of our natural abilities, making change faster. During hypnosis a type of selective thinking and perception are established and ideas and suggestions compatible with what the patient hopes to achieve are used to alter waking thoughts and behaviors.

Hypnosis has been used to treat issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, self-confidence, and more, and it can be used to augment the counseling experience.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Refers to the use of psychotropic medications prescribed and monitored by a psychiatric physician to target symptoms of mood and thought disorders and provide patients with an overall better quality of life.
