Telehealth Appointment Information *telehealth sessions must be approved through the office staff prior to your appointment*
We are rolling back our telehealth offerings and transitioning back into in person sessions for Anna Polk and Jerry Martin. If you have any questions, please contact our office to discuss options. Brian Musolf and Madison Farrell will still be offering telehealth services on a case by case basis. Please call our office to let our admin staff know if you would like to do a telehealth session.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, some of our counselors are offering telehealth services! This will allow our patients to continue engaging in social distancing and still be able to receive services.
We are using a telehealth program called Doxy.me. This program allows HIPAA compliant video and audio sessions and is completely secure for both the provider and patient.
At the time of your scheduled appointment, please click the link to enter your provider's waiting room. The provider will be notified and will start your call when they are ready.
If you have any questions regarding telehealth or our procedures, please feel free to contact our office staff and they will be happy to walk you through the process. Our office staff will be in the office during normal business hours to answer calls/questions.
All telehealth sessions must be scheduled and approved through the office staff prior to your appointment.
